Founder, "Connect With A Senior". Well Being Advocate for Seniors. . From a very young age, I've been drawn to assist the seniors' community. It started with volunteer work at a senior's home and then schooling in Public Relations. I worked in the HR field in both recruitment advertising and placement agency work. Then, in management/event work for a main stream senior's publication. I have experienced, first hand, how many seniors struggle with mental health issues. Work, for many years, was with a large community newspaper organization. I co-owned a music school in the GTA. During this time, volunteered in the local arts community creating a youth in the arts show for hundreds of people in the local area. Volunteered on the Board/Management team for a couple of not-for-profit arts organizations in Ontario. Past work involved planning events and being on the Board for the CARP organization - Simcoe County. Currently I am enrolled in a diploma program for Recreation Therapy.
