A prova que esse comportamento retrô fascina é a quarta edição do concurso Miss Pinup, no The Sailor Pub, em São Paulo, no dia 10 de junho.
O evento já se tornou uma atração da cultura pop da cidade.
Candidatas se inscrevem de vários estados e inclusive do Uruguai e Argentina.
E com biótipos também diferentes indo da magra à cheinha, da tatuada à lisa e com etnia igualmente diversa.

O importante é escolher um estilo de pinup e encantar a todos com um mix de ingenuidade, simpatia e sensualidade..

Durante o desfile, o júri analisa cinco quesitos: Beleza e estética (harmonia plástica do rosto e do corpo e elegância durante o desfile), Autenticidade ao estilo (figurino, penteado, maquiagem e apresentação), Originalidade na apresentação (personalidade, criatividade e interatividade), Presença de palco (impacto na apresentação, postura, simpatia e desenvoltura) e Apelo do público (reação e manifestação de aplausos e vibrações).
As candidatas fazem duas entradas: uma com o look padrão e outra no estilo praia.

Como acontece todo ano, as doze participantes da semifinal participam do celebrado Calendário do The Sailor.
O grupo vai fotografar o de 2018.
