It is the goal of the Commercial Point Community Men’s Club to own, maintain and operate their 18 acres of property with a decorative block structure Community Building consisting of 4160 square feet of usable space. This building is complete with full kitchen, dining/meeting area, two restrooms, and storage area. This structure is for various community activities and used for meeting purposes for numerous organizations, at no charge, listed below. This property is free and clear ownership of the Commercial Point Community Men’s Club and also houses a 24’ x 60’ opened sided shelter house and a 40’ x 60’ enclosed pole building for storage purposes. Also on this property are four completed baseball/softball fields for community use. Other improvements are pending at the discretion of the Commercial Point Community Men’s Club.
