The welfare of our animals is paramount and with only 150 head of sheep, we can care for our livestock, almost on an individual basis.. . Our sheep are happy and content, rotated on paddocks of Lucerne and grass to ensure our sheep have lush pasture to graze on and thrive in a peaceful and stress free environment. This is realised in the taste of our meat, which is tender and succulent.. . Our lamb is prepared using the highest quality standards, with absolute respect paid to the animal. The meat is hung for a week to improve and concentrate the flavour before being cut into traditional cuts for your convenience.
