Established in 2017, our business may be young but lacks nothing when it comes to experience. Independently owned and operated by Mark Parsons and myself, Anna LeBlanc, we have a combined background of over 10 years in the Networking and Technology industry.. . I got my start in 2007 taking classes at the local high school specializing in hardware and networking. After finishing the classes and receiving my Cisco A+ Certification, I immediately started work in the computer technology field as a repair shop technician. It was here that I gained experience working on home user and small business calls. These small repair jobs eventually led me to my most recent role as Senior Technician in a network infrastructure of over 300 workstations.. . Mark has always been excited by technology. He spends his free time learning how to code, creating Raspberry Pi images in Linux, and anything else that peaks his interest. He is enticed by all aspects of the Information Technology world. A few years ago he began to formalize this pass time in the field, gaining a Microsoft Server Certification and working full time in an Information Services department. He is currently studying for additional network and Linux certifications.. . Mark and I have been employed as co-workers for the past two years. It is our goal to provide exceptional customer service and competent solutions for all your needs, no matter how big or small.
