All orders must be placed through our booth at the Farmers Market in Grande Prairie, AB, our Etsy shop or Facebook page. Please see Order Form which can be found here (https://goo.gl/forms/zA9X0nMSN0L8lJEm1). Once an order is placed, Classy Sassy Vinyl will contact you within 24 hours with any further questions. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided and must be paid prior to work starting on your order. Invoices and price quotes are only valid for 30 days.. . Mock Up Policy . This shop offers mock up services to allow potential customers to see what their final product will look like before placing an order. Mock ups are digital representatives of physical products. Due to their digital nature colors, sizing and placement may vary slightly. Mock up services cost a small nominal fee of $5.00 for time and will be invoiced prior to placing a full order. Once paid the mock up will be created and provided to the customer within 48 hours for review. One set of modification is included in the mock up pricing. The mock up fee will be credited to the customer's final invoice if an order is placed. If an order is not placed the mock up fee is non-refundable.. . Payment Policy. Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed and before work begins on your order. Classy Sassy Vinyl will invoice through electronic or physical receipt within 24 hours of an order being placed. Once payment is received Classy Sassy Vinyl will begin work on your order. . . Payment Type. This shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash, E-transfers and PayPal. Sorry we can’t accept personal cheques, ever on local orders. . . Order Completion Time. We strive to complete all orders within 5 business days once payment is made in full. We take pride and time in completing custom orders exactly how you want it - so please understand that custom and bulk orders may require a slightly longer turn around time. . . Rush Order Policy . Any order requested to be complete and picked up or shipped in less than 5 business days is considered a rush order. A 10% rush order fee based on the purchase price will be added to all rush orders. This applies to rush shipping fees as well.. . Pick Up Policy. This shop allows for local customers to pick up their orders. Orders can be picked up at the Grande Prairie Farmers Market on Fridays from 4pm - 8pm and Saturdays 10am - 3pm. If you're picking up your order please email or call first to confirm it is complete before arranging to pick it up.. . Return and Refund Policy. No refunds or returns will be accepted on custom orders. No exceptions. In stock items (non custom orders) can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.. Supply Policy. Classy Sassy Vinyl will supply shirts for custom orders or customers may also provide their own apparel. For applying vinyl services pricing will start at $5.00 then depending on size, color and design prices will vary. Classy Sassy Vinyl can’t guarantee the vinyl application final results, depending on what materials or quality of apparel the customer supplies.. . Bulk Discount Policy. Bulk orders may be eligible for a discounted rate. An order of more than 12 pieces is considered bulk. In order to be eligible for a 10% bulk order discount all items in the order must be placed at the same time and must be exactly the same in design, color and size. The only exception is on single letter monogram as long as the size and color of each is the same..
