At Clarks Chapel, we believe in the Word of God. But we don't just hear this Word: no, we try to put it into practice as we love and serve one another and our community.. . When you come in to visit with us, don't be surprised to be treated like a welcomed guest. Yes, folks will come over, shake your hand, and introduce themselves! However, you won't be pressured to fill out a Visitor's Card, to stand up and give your testimony, or anything like that. Nah, we just want you to know we are glad you are visiting with us and that you are special.. . Our Pastor, Dale Payne, has been with us since right before Christmas. Pastor Dale completed his Bachelor of Ministry in Christian Counseling and Graduate of Theology Degrees from Bethany Bible College and Seminary. He attended the Daniel School of Management College of Business Administration at the University of South Carolina completing the certificate program in management.. . Pastor Dale served as Senior Pastor at Cedar Grove Baptist Church and Senior Pastor at Pathway Bible Church. He also worked for Alcatel Telecommunication as a Team Developer.. . Brother Dale, along with his family, made the decision to go into Foreign Missions serving with UFM/CrossWorld International developing BAM or Business as Missions. Classic Education, LLC was started from this endeavor and is a funding business for mission organizations.. . Dale continues to serve with Classic Education and now serves as senior Pastor of Clarks Chapel Baptist Church. We are proud to have him and his family to lead us each week.
