Claire Bel's Baked Goods started as the brain child of owner Skye Lao.
I am a self-taught baker.
I love to bake and it makes me happy.
Claire Bel's is named after my only daughter Claire Isabel.
Claire Bel's Baked Goods is a Sacramento County Environmental Management Department approved Class B Cottage Food Operation Permit.
Our permit ID number is: SR0028156-B which is included on all our business labels.
This means that all preparation, storage and baking is done by the owner on his/her home premises (kitchen).
CB Baked Goods currently sells some of our specialty cookies at the two following local businesses: Lo Market located on 2685 Rio Linda Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95815 and at Jimmy's Soul Food and Hmong Cuisine 1201 Grand Ave, Sacramento, CA 95838.
Cookies are usually delivered to the two businesses on Mondays or Thursday before 12 noon.
CB also take direct orders by the dozen only via Facebook, e-mail, phone or text.
All orders must be picked up on the day that the customer request it at our business location.
We are no longer doing deliveries with rare exceptions to be determined on case by case basis.
