O CJE foi formado a partir da iniciativa de empreendedores que acreditam na ideia de que o Brasil precisa preparar os seus jovens para o primeiro negócio.
Os mais de 1.200 participantes do CJE participam ativamente das diversas atividades na FIESP, acompanhando reuniões dos Conselhos Superiores, Departamentos e demais Comitês da Federação.
