The shelter is located in Lakewood, Ohio, south of the Emerald Necklace Marina in the Rocky River Reservation of the Cleveland Metropark, Lakewood Dog Park, and the City of Lakewood Waste Water Treatment Plant on the East side of Metropark Drive/Valley Parkway.
