Detailed description is A short version of Policies and Procedures for Cindy C’s Day Care Cindy C’s Daycare has an open door policy which means the parent is welcome to come see what their child is doing during the day. If you would like to talk with Mrs. Cindy or the staff on anything you may not like or if you would like to make recommendations that would be beneficial to your child or the daycare. As long as it seems fit, we will do our best to comply. The only time we ask that a parent does not come is lunch time. It is our most hectic time of the day because we are feeding, washing up, and getting ready for nap time. So we prefer no visiting at this time, for it can upset the child and make it harder to get them settled down for nap, which can be disruptive for the other children. . . Daycare Hours are from 6:30 a.m till 6:00 p.m Please have your child picked up by 6:00 p.m. . There will be a late fee after 6:00 p.m of $1.00 per every minute that you are late. (example: 6:30 p.m will be 30 dollars extra added to your bill). Child Care Charges are due each Monday, unless other arrangements have been made with Mrs. Cindy. Daycare charges are listed on the wall by Mrs. Cindy’s desk. . Each child is allowed one week for vacation per year without payment. There will be a holding fee of ½ the daycare charge to hold your child’s spot after the one week is up. If not paid, your child will loose their spot at our facility.
