CANCELLATION POLICY.
Due to an increasing number of no shows & last minute cancellations, as of January 1, 2013 a cancellation fee will apply to any appointments cancelled without a full 24 hours notice.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, please keep in mind that "no-shows" or last minute cancellations leave me with an empty appointment that could have been filled by another client.
Clients that do not honor their appointments and/or do not provide ample notice will be required to pay a minimum of $10/15 minutes of scheduled service (for example: 60 Minute Massage = $40 fee).
I understand that extenuating circumstances do happen, so in fairness, this policy goes both ways.
If I cancel your appointment without providing you 24 hours notice I will deduct the 'fee' off your next appointment.
