Detailed description is Beautiful rental home on 20 fenced acres.
Bonfire pit, game room, hot tub, 5 bedrooms and 3 baths.
** Our home sleeps 16 in actual beds and 1 on a fold down futon.** 1 King, 3 Queens, 1 Full, 2 Twins, 2 Cots, 1 futon, 1 cubby hole in wall.**Our lodge is located on 20 acres which are all fenced in.
You will enjoy the huge wrap around porch that was built around the trees.
Wake up in the mornings to the sound of birds chirping and take a deep breath and relax, you're on vacation.

We have 5 bedrooms and 3 baths.
Our home is beautifully decorated and waiting for a new family to love it each week.
You will love our swimming pool,(Season permitting) hot tub, and trails.
We also have a bonfire area.

As you drive up the long paved driveway notice all the beautiful trees.
When you pull up you will see our quaint waterfall, enjoy the sounds of birds.

'THE ESCAPE' (main floor) this is the master of all masters! This room is over 900 sq ft with a king size bed, couch, lounge, fireplace, wine/wet bar, all marble bathroom and shower with his and her shower heads, jacuzzi garden tub and a walk in closet.
This room also looks directly out to the hot tub.
50' lcd flat screen tv and built in stereo system.
There is also a pack and play provided..

'THE COTTAGE' - (main floor) this is our bunkhouse room.
It has a full bed on bottom and a twin on top.
32' lcd flat screen tv.
This room can sleep 3..

'THE CUBHOUSE'- (main floor) this room has a daybed, two built in chest of drawers and a vanity.
This room is located between the laundry room and the master and has doors leading to each.
Perfect for a child or adult! No TV! This room can sleep 1 adult or 2 small children on the daybed..

'THE COVE AND THE GARDEN ROOMS' are both located upstairs and share an all granite custom bath with jacuzzi tub and seperate shower..

'THE COVE'- (upstairs) this room is beautiful with a queen size bed, a leather chair and ottoman and a cute built in bunk! A child or adult can use this but I would recommend a child.

32' lcd flat screen tv This room can sleep 2 adults in the queen and 1 child or teenager in the built in bunk.
Chair and ottoman could be pushed together to accommodate a toddler..

'THE GARDEN' (upstairs) this room is almost the same size as the master on the first level.
This room has 2 queen size beds, a built in mini fridge, a 'click-clack' fold down sofa, sectional sofa and ottoman and 55' lcd flat screen tv.
This room features huge windows and gorgeous wooded views of side and back yard.
This room can sleep 4 adults in beds, a child or toddler on the fold down sofa and the sectional could be used for 2 more if needed.
Note, the sectional is NOT a pull out.
So this room could sleep 7 if needed.
Plus plenty of floor space to sleep as well!.

'LIVING ROOM' You will enjoy the leather sofa (reclines), love seat (reclines) and recliner.

You could sleep someone on this sofa if you needed to however, it is NOT a pull out sofa.

You will be able to socialize and relax at the same time.
The dining room houses a 6 person bar height table.

'THE CABOOSE' You will love the detached garage which houses the 'game room' equipped with pool table, ping pong table, fooseball, board games and a table for playing cards! (Note this is a detached 2 car garage and is completely separate from the home.).

You are within miles of the interstate however you wake up to raccoons, squirrels, birds, sometimes you will even see wild turkey and deer! .
