Our school’s training emphasizes the values of self-control, self-discipline, self-defense, and physical fitness for every age and ability level.
We offer a basic martial arts curriculum for children and their families, as well as a more comprehensive program, both internal and external styles, for the serious martial artist.
Also offered are Tai Chi (Taiji) and (Qigong) Chi Kung courses for people whose main concern is health and fitness as well as self-defense.
Our ultimate goal is to empower each student through focused intent to realize their unlimited potential..

*Young Tigers 7 - 12 years old.
*Teens 13 - 16 years old .
*Adults Shaolin Kungfu - 16 years old & up.
*Tai Chi Chuan (Taiji) & Qigong for Adults .
*Hsing-I (Xingyi); Pakua Chang (Baguazhang); Liuhebafa; Wujiquan - is teach periodically or as privet classes .

Narcyz and his wife Eva have been professionally teaching Chinese martial arts, Taiji and Qigong to kids and adults since 1988.
Narcyz, voted as one of the Top One Hundred Extraordinary Martial Artists of the World and Prominent Wushu Coaches, is chairman of the International Wushu Sanshou Dao Association, where he holds a 7th degree black belt.
He is also a thirty-four times gold medalist in international competitions in Europe and the United States.
Eva Latecki is a six times gold medalist in international competitions and holds a 5th degree black belt.

Our martial arts training center CMA (Chinese Martial Arts) was founded in February, 1998 in Acton, Massachusetts.
Over time our school has grown and in 2004 was incorporated as Athletic Balance, LLC.
In 2011 we purchased beautiful property on 1.88 acres with 45 parking spaces.
Our facility has over 4,800 square feet with two spacious work-out rooms, changing rooms, and a pro-shop for your martial arts goods/needs.
Just 3 miles from Route I-495, 4 miles from Route 2, and about 40min from Boston..
Over the past years our students achieved high honors in national and international competitions in USA and China, scoring prominently in each competing category, taking over 200 gold, medals, including the Grand Champions title.
