Detailed description is We are addicted to color, quilting, and simply anything crafty ! There isn't a day goes by that we don't think of some new idea to tackle .. . . They always say : "Love what you do . " . . . . well I'll tell you what, we sure do ! So . . . it all started a few years back when I decided to get my sewing machine out from the dust of the attic and get some use out of the darn. thing . Turns out I wasn't that bad at sewing , and I enjoyed it . . . a lot ! SO I began collecting fabric and taking classes over the next few years and before you know it I had a full blown craft room in a spare room of our home . After sewing a few quilts I wanted to try something different so I began creating and sewing my very own purses, they became such a huge hit I could barely keep up with the orders ! . My daughter is quite crafty herself and would help me here and there with projects but one day she attempted to design a necklace with a bead kit I bought her for Christmas and after some trial and error. . We did it ! We took the plunge and started our very own company, together as a mother daughter team ! Now, what should we call ourselves? . Well, My nickname was Charly and my daughters middle name is Lynn. So officially since 2011 Charly Lynn Designs has been in business and continues to grow . Just recently in 2012 we expanded our craft room into a full functioning design studio, where we hold our annual Christmas Craft Show.
