On y accueille annuellement plus de 110 élèves pour les cours réguliers en plus des 1 300 travailleurs provenant de l'industrie qui viennent s’y perfectionner. . . Le centre dispose d’une centaine d’engins : pelles hydrauliques, bouteurs, minibus, niveleuses, chargeurs sur roues, camions de route, camions de service et rouleaux compacteurs. Une dizaine de salles de classe, deux garages et une salle de regroupement répartis sur plus de 2000 mètres carrés sont à la disposition des enseignants et des élèves. Le centre donne plus de 12 000 heures de formation en collaboration avec la Commission de la construction du Québec et le Fonds de formation de l’industrie de la construction. Ces formations touchent près de 1 300 participants. Le taux de placement est de près de 100 % et les élèves et les employeurs sont mis en contact via un service de placement en ligne privilégié.
