Detailed description is UNOFFICIAL Information page for the Ocala National Forest's Centennial OHV Trail System, Events, Volunteering, Rules and Regulations & More. The Ocala National Forest is a unique and productive forest that is actively managed to restore native environments while, at the same time, providing recreation opportunities. The forest maintains three trail systems for off-road vehicles: the Ocala North, Centennial, and Wandering Wiregrass OHV Trail Systems. The Centennial trail system offers two loops, a large outer loop with a smaller one sharing to bottom of the larger. Note that all trails have sections that share Forest Service roads that allow for both licensed and unlicensed vehicles.. *Cost the ride the trails is $10 for a 72-hour period, ($5 for children under 16). This fee can be paid at any of the 8 OHV self-service trailheads, (TH), by either cash or check placed in green envelope provided. A 7-day pass ($25) and an Annual pass ($75) are available at the Ranger Stations Monday through Friday, or at the Pittman Visitor Center usually 7 days a week.. *NO DOUBLE-RIDING on ATVs (Your machine must state it can carry a passenger, aftermarket seats do not count!). *NO NIGHT RIDING. *MUST PAY FEE TO RIDE, (Fee required to camp at Big Scrub CG as well.. Children 15 & UNDER must have a FL DOT approved helmet, eye protection and over-the-ankle boots to ride ATVs and Dirtbikes!
