Funds raised in 2018 will go towards Bellyful NZ's two Wellington City centres. The CrossFit Central Wellington Winter Throwdown . . Now in its forth year, CCW will invite local affiliates to have 2 members join us in a friendly mixed pair partner throwdown to see how the year’s training is shaping up.. . When: Saturday 22nd July 2017. Time: 9AM - 3PM. What: Test your strength, speed, conditioning, and mental fortitude in a friendly 3 WOD competition as well as a hotly contested final WOD.. Who: Each affiliate in the Wellington region will be allocated tickets (details coming soon).. . - The specific WODs will be released the week of the competition with details regarding movement standards and heats/timetable. . . - The box will be open from 8am with a small briefing to take place at 8.30am. The first WOD kicks off at 9am and the event finishes around 3pm.. . - $30 entry fee per athlete ($60 per team).
