Jay Cavaiani is the Father of Abby Cavaiani who in 2017 became the Junior PGA Player of the year. Abby shot a historic 60, 12 under par, in the Classic Conference Championships. For the entire high school season Abby was 14 under par counting every shot. Over the past 4 years Jay has spent countless hours with Abby on the course, practice range, attending lessons and overall helping Abby develop her game. He now is offering his teaching to other aspiring golfers.. . Lessons are given in "The Cave" The cave is a heated room in the Cavaiani garage which offers a Sky-Trak Simulator, full size hitting net, full size mirror, TV monitor, video swing analysis and other tools to help golfers become great. Sky-Trak displays the ball flight on the monitor as well as providing other valuable data such as ball speed, ball starting position, launch angle, spin rate and more.. . Jay has learned over the year not only what has helped Abby become great from a swing perspective but also strong mentally. At Cavaiani-Foundation golfers will learn about having a confident personal identity and strong personal foundation which can help them become better golfers and people.. . Drills: Practice recommendations will be given to golfers for what to work on to help them get better. They will learn about the importance of not just the volume of practice but more importantly the importance of practicing correctly. Correct practice is what makes for great golf. They will learn about this philosophy and others that will help them perfect their games.. . Cost: Lessons are $35 per half hour or $50 per hour. All technology and video is included.
