We have a "LARP city", a Castle front, a Gladiatorial arena, a tavern, a feast hall, a stage for live music events and much more. . . Rent costs is as follows; $150 deposit to reserve date. $208 for 2 Portapotties. . 1 day = 5 a head for just the fields (no city). 1 day = 7 a head for fields and city. 2 days = 8 a head for just the fields. 2 days = 10 a head for fields and city. 3 days = 10 a head for fields. 3 days = 12 a head for fields and city. 4 days = 12 a head for fields. 4 days = 14 a head for city. 5 days = 14 for fields. 5 days = 15 for city. 6-7 days = 15 for entire property city and fields. . Anything over 7 days is 20 a head up to 14 days.. This price includes all your staff, vendors, security, and event goers. Every human on site that's not us residents (site staff aka site punx) pays. . There's a 150 dollar deposit to reserve date which is non refundable but we deduct it from the final bill. Also, it is $208 for 2 portapotties. If you'll need more, let me know ahead of time. portapotty payment is due 7 days prior to the event. The site would be yours for 1 - 24 hour period except for the obvious fenced off area where we live. So like from Saturday at 3 pm till Sunday at 3 pm. If the volume of trash exceeds the volume of my dumpster, then you'd need to remove the trash yourself or rent a second dumpster. All trash would need to be removed from the site. I ask that the renter be the first on site and demand they be the last to leave. Final payment is due on Sunday before you leave. There is minimal electricity for lights and minimal water. There is a functional kitchen.
