We used to compete in the amateur division of the grilling competition because we did not own a restaurant. However, now we will be competiting in the professional division. This is how it works, there are two division; amateur and professional. Each divison has categories such as beef, chicken, ribs, wild game and many more. For each category there is a best smoker, best griller and best overall.
