The Carl Albert State College Educational Opportunity Center has two offices in Oklahoma and two in Arkansas.
The main office is located in Poteau, OK, and three satellite offices are located in Sallisaw, OK, Fort Smith, AR, and Van Buren, AR.
Together they provide free services to qualifying adults and area agencies in Haskell, Latimer, LeFlore, Sequoyah, Crawford, Franklin, and Sebastian counties..
