- Playa Buenavista is a short 9-min walk just down the hill from the Villa.
It's a long and gorgeous uninhabited beach sought by surfers for it's remarkable waves.

Casa Michele is a lovely open-concept, two-story family villa, which was recently completely renovated and features plenty of indoor and outdoor living space with magnificent tropical mountain views (over 270°!)..

The house has lofted ceilings with beautiful local hardwood and tile floors, walk-in tiled shower with glass-block wall and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a butcher block.
On the second level is a huge lofted master bedroom (queen bed) on hardwood floors w/ half bath which occupies the entire 2nd-level.

Enjoy leisurely afternoons in the hammocks under the huge tropical rancho made of real palms leaves or cool off in our private 14x20ft tiled pool + outdoor nature shower as you watch parrots fly through the surrounding tree tops and palm trees, iguanas taking in the sun on the flagstone and monkeys...
just monkeying around..

The large outdoor patio is covered in local flagstone (won't burn feet in the hot sun).
The house is set atop the seaside hills, so it's naturally breezy and *very well ventilated*; the natural breezes flow freely through the house.
There is no air conditioning at Casa Michele (no need for it!).
We are also proud to say that each of our bedrooms is equipped with top-quality mattresses, pillows and bedding..

The Villa has new louvered windows & screens, and each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans (4 new ceiling fans on the upper level in the Master Bedroom) to ensure optimal comfort yet as close to nature as possible..

The kitchen is very well equipped with all new appliances, including a Butcher block and a water purifying system (inverse osmosis) in the Bodega for your carefree enjoyment.
Includes stainless steel fridge/freezer/dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, gourmet glass top cooking, and a dining room for 8.

As we are located on a private hilltop, and Samara is such a beautiful region to visit - so much to see and do! -, we do highly recommend the use of a car during your stay.
4x4s are highly recommended during the Green season..

You may choose to take a leisurely short 9-min walk down to Buenavista beach, sought for its unique waves by many surfers.
It's a short 5-min drive (or 25 min walk) to the fabulous Samara Beach, less than 1,4 miles (2,3km) away.
Be sure to try out some of the local restaurants, directly on the beach (feet in the sand with wifi and drink in hand), and grab a few of the incredible papayas, mangoes, melons and bananas as you walk by the local markets.
Such a treat!.

Though Casa Michele is set on a hilltop lot in a quiet and secure private community, it remains close to everything, and it has it's own security system for your peace of mind.
The Loma Verde private community has certain restrictions, *including no pets* as we wish to encourage the local fauna and flora.
