All with access to poolside terrace & country views..
Our villa offers extremely spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 8 persons and is equipped to a high standard with combined air conditioning/heating/dehumidifier units to all bedrooms and including a flat screen satellite TV with VCR and DVD, plus a combined CD/iPod/MP3 player.
The villa is protected by a security alarm system for the added protection of our guests.
Free unlimited broadband with wi-fi is connected.

The principal rooms, pool and terracing all enjoy exceptional views across open countryside to the distant hills beyond.
Our maid visits six days a week to clean and tidy the villa and to make the beds, and our Agent is available nearby should any problems arise during your stay.
A welcome food pack is provided for your arrival.

The accommodation is arranged on two levels.
On the GROUND FLOOR there is a spacious living room with fireplace and 32” flat screen satellite TV with VCR & DVD and an adjacent dining room, both with direct access onto the poolside terracing.
Within the large fully equipped kitchen is a built-in oven and hob, fitted dishwasher, two large fridge/freezers and a microwave.
There are also clothes washing and ironing facilities.
One double and two twin bedrooms are served by two bathrooms (one en-suite to the double room).
There is also a separate shower/cloakroom..

The master suite occupies the whole of the UPPER FLOOR and is approached via a turning staircase to a small private sitting room.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a large en-suite bathroom, plus shower, which was completely re-fitted for the 2010 season.
The extensive roof terrace leads down to the poolside area..

Outside, the private mosaic-tiled swimming pool (10m x 5m) is not overlooked and is surrounded by extensive sun terracing with a nearby shaded dining area and barbecue, the whole enjoying far reaching views over the villa’s own colourful gardens of about one third of an acre to the adjoining countryside beyond..

Colinas Verdes: The villa is situated on the fringe of the tranquil Colinas Verdes (Green Hills) estate which comprises individual luxury villas, each in their own grounds.
Although there is peace and privacy at the villa, a full range of amenities are just a short drive away..

Lagos: Situated about 9 km away, Lagos is a bustling ancient Portuguese harbour town, largely unspoilt by tourism, and is well worth exploring.
The centre of the town has lovely old squares and pedestrian streets full of pavement cafés, restaurants, bars and shops.
Here you will find the major banks and Post Office and nearby is the Tourist Office with full details of local places of interest.
Just a short stroll from the centre you will find the large central fish/meat/vegetable market, and the palm fringed promenade overlooking the harbour and sea.

Within half an hour’s drive from the villa, through spectacular undulating countryside, is the western coast of the Algarve, with its more remote atmosphere.

This is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its coastal flowers and cacti.
There are five fine golf courses within easy reach.
The courses at Penina, Alvor, Boavista and Palmares (Meia Praia) are all within about a 15 minute drive, and the more spectacular and challenging course at Parque de Floresta (Vale do Poco, Budens) is about a 25 minute drive along the Sagres road.
