D and T was started in 1999 by four Capital Region educators.
We recruited a few tutors and began referring business to them.
Little did we know that demand would require us to recruit more and more tutors.
Our modest small business is now a fairly large business.
We have over 60 tutors working along side of us and we are growing exponentially.
This past spring of 2016 was our busiest ever, as we provided individual or small group tutoring for hundreds of local students and were filled to capacity in seven of our eight Regents Review Classes.
