Detailed description is we are a new horse boarding facility with a round pen, arena and pasture for pleasure ridding. Located 3 miles south of Fairview, MT Hi! Thank you for your interest in our horse boarding. Some information you might like to know.... We have a few hundred acres of prime eastern Montana land that we are willing to share so you can enjoy your horse. A great place for you horse to be a horse!! . We are not a fancy equine barn!! . We are simply reworking our cattle set up. We have barbed wire fences!! We only take in a few extra horses. The boarders are kept in a small pasture, (or a large pen depending on our grass rotation ) that has natural shelter and a 3 sided shed. There is NO barn!! They graze and are fed alfalfa mix hay. We use a round bale feeder so they will have 24-7 access to feed. They will be left as heard horses. We check on them a few times a week form a distance. We do not handle them. If we notice a problem we will call you. Our job is to keep the hay, water, and fences up.. We do not offer any grain rations, blanketing, vet care.... We expect you to be checking on your horse multiple times a week. . If a horse is noted to be a bully that horse will have to leave. We will not attempt to manage the heard. All horses need to have a negative coggins, current health at the time of arrival. We encourage vaccinations and worming. This is like public school for horses so it is up to you to protect your horse. When a new horse joins the group they will spend a few days in a solid large pen in the pasture so they can get warmed up to the group.. That being said.... if you are still interested in boarding with us. The fee per horse is 150.00 a month. This includes hay. . We offer a round pen and arena for your use. You will have many acres of pasture to joy ride as well as an obstacle training areas like water and bridges.. At this time we do not have a place for you to store tack. However, we can accommodate some trailer parking. You are welcome to store your tack there at your own risk.. We do not do any training of horses or people. If you are in need of this we can pass on some great local resources to you. If we have a vet, farrier, dentist or other professional scheduled to come visit we will pass that on so you can take advantage of their services as well.. . All prices subject to change as the facility grows and new services are added.. We do not allow any studs at this time.
