Detailed description is La caldeira de Long Valley est une dépression située en Californie orientale et adjacente à Mammoth Mountain. La vallée constitue l'une des plus vastes caldeiras sur Terre, avec environ 32 km de long dans le sens est-ouest pour de large du nord au sud.
