Detailed description is Le cairn de Barnenez (Kerdi Bras en breton) est un monument mégalithique du néolithique se trouvant au lieu dit Barnenez dans la commune de Plouezoc'h, sur la côte nord du Finistère, en Bretagne. D'une longueur de, il est constitué en réalité de deux cairns en pierres sèches accolés, qui recouvrent onze dolmens à couloir. Cet ensemble est le plus grand mausolée mégalithique après celui de Newgrange et, avec le cairn III de Guennoc, le plus vieux monument d’Europe.La construction du cairn primaire témoigne en effet avec le tumulus Saint-Michel, qui est situé dans le Vannetais, et le site de Bougon, dans le Poitou, des débuts du mégalithisme atlantique.
