Detailed description is Nach dreijähriger Erfahrung in Wiesbaden wird am 11.5.2002 das Muffins in Mainz, Am Brand 1 eröffnet.. In der ersten Zeit stehen der Geschäftsführer und zwei weitere Angestellte hinter der Theke, auf Aushilfen wird erst einmal verzichtet. Von Beginn an kann der Kunde aus 20 Muffinssorten und 15 Bagelsandwichesauswählen. . Im Winter 2003 ersetzt eine Siebträgermaschine (Halbautomat) den bisherigen Vollautomaten. . Mit dem Umbau im darauf folgenden Sommer entwickelt sich das Muffins vom reinen Stehcafé zu einer Cafébar, wo innen Hocker und rote Sitzbänke. und außen Tische und Stühle zum Verweilen einladen.. Mittlerweile kümmern sich 20 Aushilfen um die Versorgung der Kunden und wir konnten mit und dank euch schon unser Zehnjäriges Jubiläum feiern. Auch in Zukunft wollen wir euch mit neuen Kreationen überraschen und euch auf unserer Facebook-Seite darüber informieren.. . Auf diesem Weg möchte sich das Muffin´s-Team bei allen (Stamm)Kunden bedanken, die dem Muffin´s in den vergangenen Jahren die Treue gehalten haben!
