Products: In order to maintain the integrity and vision of the Cabot Farmers’ Market, only the following grown/produced items may be sold at the Farmers’ Market: baked goods, cheeses, flowers, herbs, fruit, grain, honey, marinades, and sauces, molasses, plants, raw juices, trees, vegetables, and other similar produce.
Further, sales of pieces of art, crafts, and handmade other such similar items may be allowed.
High quality fresh-cut field/garden flowers and locally-grown potted, hanging, and bedding plants and trees can be sold at the Market.
Other items will be determined on a case-by-case basis, as approved by the Market manager.
Simply put: It Either Has To Be Grown In Arkansas or Made In Arkansas.

The following items are NOT PERMITTED to be sold at the Cabot Farmers’ Market: .
* Flea Market items * Novelty knives, explosives, weapons of any nature .
* Automotive products * Items with obscenities, written or implied .
* Live animals .

Locally Grown Please: Although we highly encourage the sale of locally-grown items, vendors are allowed to sell produce that are not native to Arkansas, such as high quality fruits and vegetables.
Any third-party produce must be identified in some manner; otherwise, vendor assumes any/all liability concerning that produce.
As always, very high quality produce is expected, and any substandard produce will be barred from the Market.
No vendors shall sell produce which is unsound or unwholesome, or which fails to meet the standards or requirements of federal, state, and local laws.
All vendors will observe all applicable health, safety, sanitation, or other regulatory and legal requirements.
In no instance will produce that contains a total of more than Ten Percent (10%) decay, shriveling, and/or blemishes may be offered for sale.
If a vendor has unfit produce and must remove such while at the Market, the vendor must pack it and take it from the site – no spoiled produce can be left at the Market.
Vendors who sell unfit produce will be asked to remove it from their display.
No vendor shall use a ”false pack”, which means the topping or facing containers with the best produce exposed & poor produce concealed underneath..

Vendors wishing to sell baked or canned items must have a list of ingredients label affixed on each individual food item.
Printed clearly on the label should be the following information: your name or business name, full address and phone number, net weight of product, and a complete listing of ingredients.
Persons selling baked goods, which are not individually wrapped and sold from an enclosed container (i.e.
“samples”), must wear protective gloves when handling & serving the product.
