Lise ve üniversite yıllarında bir çok sivil toplum kuruluşunda ve öğrenci organizasyonunda görevler aldı.. . Kurucusu ve sahibi olduğu Turan Hukuk Bürosu’nun yöneticiliğini yaptı. He attended Lapseki 25 Eylül Primary School and completed his secondary education at Kartal Anatolian Imam-Hatip High School as a boarder.. . After obtaining his bachelor’s degree from the School of Justice, Eastern Mediterranean University, he earned his master’s degree in the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University.. . Bülent Turan participated in many student organizations and NGO's during his high school and university years. . . He is the owner and founder of Turan Law Office where he previously worked as a manager. Turan is a former member of the Executive and Supervisory Board of the Lawyers Association. He is still an active member of the executive and supervisory boards and general assemblies of many NGOs. . . After serving as the Vice Chairman of AK Party İstanbul Youth Branch, Bülent Turan became the Vice Chairman of AK Party Main Branch in charge of Organization Committee.. . He served in the Turkish Grand National Assembly as AK Party's Istanbul Deputy for the 24th term and Çanakkale Deputy for the 25th term.. .
