Detailed description is På Bøgelund arbejder vi på at få selvforsyning op at køre som en del af hverdagen.
Vi har frugthave, køkkenhave og er så småt begyndt med dyrehold.
Her på Bøgelund bor vi Per, Simone samt Valdemar fra Januar 2017.
Vi købte gården i 2014 uden nogen som helst planer om selvforsyning, her startede vi bare med at plante nogle frugttræer.
Hurtigt kom lysten dog til at få en lille køkkenhave, og efter 1 års tid tog ideerne til.
i 2015 blev køkkenhaven udvidet, og igen i 2016 blev køkkenhaven så udvidet til dobbelt størrelse i forhold til 2015.
Herudover kom der i 2016 også både Høns og Bier til gården, så vi nu er selvforsynende med både æg og honning.
i 2017 begyndte vi at dyrke et lille markstykke på ca.
300m2 med kartofler, roer, jordskokker, ærter og gulerødder.
Herudover fik vi også d.

Hvad der videre skal ske er svært at sige, men der er mange ideer, og ting der skal afprøves.
Det eneste der er sikkert, er at vi skal udvikle til at blive mere selvforsynende.
