Detailed description is BCA seeks to positively influence the lives and futures of young students through a challenging academic education which is grounded in the essentials of t Burlington Christian Academy was established in 1978 by local business leaders and clergy as an interdenominational Christian elementary school. In 1982 the school was acquired by the Burlington Assembly of God Church who provides oversight for the growing school. Since that time, BCA has grown to nearly 750 students with more than 90 faculty and staff. BCA’s students represent more than 150 churches throughout the community. Burlington Christian Academy has become the largest non-public school in Alamance County with students attending from Alamance, Guilford, Orange, Caswell, Chatham, and Rockingham counties.
