Detailed description is Boarding Grooming Training Brizes Kennels offer a professional, friendly country environment for your pet. Barbara Brizes, owner, has been in the pet care business since 1970. We offer spacious indoor/outdoor runs for up to 150 dogs. The small runs are 48 sq. ft. and large runs are 68 sq. ft. All outdoor sections are completely covered by a roof. For winter boarding the kennels are heated along with heated floors. The dogs have access to their outside run all day except for winter boarding when we control the amount of access depending on temperatures. . . We offer 75 acres of rolling hills and meadows for your dog's enjoyment. Your dog may explore our grounds when you sign up for nature hikes.. . All dogs receive one-on-one attention with one of our employees. We never mix strange dogs. You can also reserve one of our five large outdoor play yards for your dog's individual enjoyment with one of our staff members.. . For summer fun try our outdoor dog pond complete with brook, waterfall, shallow wading area and four feet deep swimming area. Your dog will receive individual attention with one of our staff members.. . *Rates. . Boarding:. Dogs up to 50 lbs: $18.00/day. Dogs over 50 lbs: $20.00/day. Two dogs sharing a run: $30.00/day. Cats: $10.00/day. Two cats sharing a large unit: $18.00/day. . Nature Walks and/or playtime:. $7.00 (20-25 minutes). . Pooltime (during summer):. $10.00 (30 minutes). . Administering Medication:. $2.00/day and up. . Bed Rental:. $2.00/day . . *Vaccination Requirements. . Before boarding, all pets must be current with vaccinations for Distemper and Rabies. In addition, it is recommended that dogs have bordetella and/or dog flu shots which give your pet extra protection from respiratory disease. Please follow your veterinary's recommendations for these two shots.. . *Pick-up and Delivery Service. . We offer pick-up and delivery service for boarding. This service runs Monday through Friday in the afternoon. Rates start at $15.00 depending on distance from kennels.. . *Training — Brizes Boarding School. . Enroll your little rascal in "Brizes Boarding School" and in a week we will return a gentleman or a lady! Drop your dog off on a Sunday evening and Friday evening pick up your well-mannered pet. Training can be done over any five full day period if traveling. We accept all breeds of dogs and puppies from 4 months old to mature 8 year olds, depending on the issue looking to be worked on. We handle the following: all types of behavioral problems such as jumping up, pulling on the lead, play biting, shyness, aggression (depending on situation), etc.. . * Basic obedience on-leash. * Advanced obedience off-leash. . Your dog receives multiple private lessons each day, no group classes; program is customized to you and your dog's personality. . Free private lesson is given to the owners on the day of pick-up showing them how to reinforce training at home. Unlimited support is given at no charge if you should need it.. .
