Nestled in the beautiful hills of the Ozark Mountains you’ll find our cozy, homey retreat! It is located in the secluded Notch Estates just one mile from Silver Dollar City amusement/entertainment park and just 15 min from downtown Branson and a myriad of entertainment, shopping, lakes, etc.
We are surrounded by 150 wooded acres and a beautiful, peaceful 5-acre lake.
Our lake offers catch and release fishing, just bring your pole!! While you are there you can look in any direction and see the natural beauty of the Ozark Mountains.
There is not a building in sight!! Just take a moment and breathe in the amazing peace..

Each season here at Notch brings its own beauty.
Whether it’s springtime, with the tender green leaves and the singing of an array of birds, summertime in the midst of the rich green trees, the gorgeous fall with all of the colorful leaves, or the peacefulness of the winter, each season here is wonderful and a relaxing place to be.
It’s very quiet here at Notch!! Why settle for a hotel room when you can stay at this beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, fully stocked kitchen condo surrounded by the wooded hills and hollers of the Ozarks!!! Not too close to the hustle and bustle, but close enough for convenience!!! .

Our condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, so it comfortably sleeps 6.
Our kitchen is full size and fully stocked!! We supply everything from cooking oil, to tea bags and everything in between!!! Of course we have that much needed coffee pot, coffee and creamer!! We offer free WIFI and cable TV, central heat and air!! We are smoke free and very easy to access.
There are no stairs!! On top of all of that, we have a huge private deck with a porch swing and table and chairs!! We are also located very close to Wal-Mart and the Dollar General store!! On our property you’ll find two beautiful pools with a view of the Ozarks, 2 large pavilions great for picnics, a playground, a basketball court, horseshoes (just bring your own shoes), hiking trails, BBQ grills, boat and trailer parking and of course our peaceful catch and release fishing pond!! Skateboards, bikes, etc are welcome!!.
