Detailed description is My name is Mallorie & I am studying to be a personal trainer - follow my journey of learning & pick up tips and tricks on how to stay fit, healthy & happy! In todays busy society it can be hard work ensuring that we take as much care of ourselves as we should.
More commonly people are finding themselves in sedentary jobs for often more than 8 hours a day and as a result are not getting enough exercise or eating the right types of foods..

As a qualified chef I had spent 5 years running frantically around kitchens with all types of amazing foods at my finger tips.
When I moved to Christchurch I move out of the kitchen and into a desk job.
