Classes offered Tues 6pm, Thurs 5pm and Sat 10:30 am Barre class is a full body work out that uses small isometric movements to strengthen and tone the muscles. Strengthening work is followed by stretches to release tension and class is taught with the support of the barre for balance. Light resistance weights, small balls and resistance bands are used in class to add variety and challenges. You do not need to be a dancer to participate in body barre.
