Hi! I'm Yamile Haibi, Certified Pet Photographer.
If you're wondering, the name is Spanish and pronounced Yah-mee-le Hi-bee.
As you probably already realized, the business is named in honor of my dog, Rascal, a blue merle Texas Heeler.
Believe me, he lives up to his name! Growing up in a family of animal lovers there were always dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and even an amphibian or two in our home.
With a home full of pets adopted from shelters over the years, I began my pet photography career as a volunteer photographer for animal rescues taking photographs of pets in need of homes, love and a family of their own.
Soon clients were commissioning me and hiring me to photograph their pets.
Since quality photography is an important part of pet adoption programs, I still photograph for the rescues.

I started this business because I want my clients to to have lasting memories of the fun and happiness their pets give them in the same way I wanted to capture Rascal's (and my other pets) antics.
