Detailed description is Contact us with any questions about our sheep. They are heavy in Alan Batt breeding, which is mostly old BYU now URF breeding with some British influence. The goal of our sheep operation is to produce heavy boned, fast growing, balanced Suffolks that will provide range producers with quality rams as well as pure-bred producers with high quality breeding stock. Right now we are trying to put the pieces together that will allow us to establish our own flock of balanced Suffolks. We believe the show industry has been too focused on frame sheep and market lambs which is producing animals that are not useful to commercial producers. Our goal is to produce animals that fall in the middle of these two sheep types. Alan Batt of Idaho has some of the closest sheep to what we are trying to produce. We plan on incorporating his bloodlines into our flock heavily over the next few years; this will give us the solid foundation that we need to reach our goal.
