Detailed description is BFG Fitness is a home based studio run by a certified instructor.. . Classes are run in 6 week blocks. . $100 for 18 classes.. . Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6am-6:45am . . Monday, Wednesday currently 7:30pm - 8:15pm & Saturday Morning 8am - 8:45am.. . I operate my own private studio in Drury.. I am a certified Fitness Instructor and am currently studying with FIT College NZ towards my Advanced Personal Training certification. http://www.fitcollege.co.nz. . I have a love of Pilates and Yoga and would like to attend more classes than I do, so that is a constant goal of mine.. . I provide relaxed and non threatening classes so everyone is able to workout to there full potential.. . Once I have qualified as a Personal Trainer I will be providing this service to my current and potential future clients.. . I love to see people achieve there goals and more. .
