Detailed description is BETTERY este un proiect de dezvoltare personală organizat de JCI Chișinău, care implică participarea a patruzeci de tineri cetăţeni activi.. Participanţii proiectului vor fi tineri activi cu vârsta cuprinsă între 21-30 de ani, dornici să producă schimbări pozitive în plan personal și în comunitate. . . Pe parcursul proiectului, ei vor învăţa cum să-și descopere misiunea, să seteze obiective și să gestioneze resurse precum timpul, banii, emoţiile, cunoștinţele, voinţa și sănătatea.. . Proiectul BETTERY este alcătuit din șapte zile de teorie, ce vor cuprinde training-uri, discuţii panel, workshop-uri și 21 de zile de activităţi practice. Această perioadă de timp va implica provocări zilnice ce vor îmbunătăţi semnificativ aspectele vieţii participanţilor.. . ETAPA 1. În prima săptămână (șapte zile) - participanţii vor învăţa cum să-și descopere misiunea, să. gestioneze eficient timpul, să administreze. finanţele personale, să antreneze puterea voinţei, să practice un mod sănătos de viaţă și să-și asigure o dezvoltare continuă.. . ETAPA 2. În următoarele trei săptămâni (21 zile). participanţii vor aplica în practică cunoștinţele. obţinute în prima etapă. Acest timp va include. dezvoltarea obișnuinţelor caracteristice. oamenilor eficienţi prin provocări zilnice.. Provocările vor fi supravegheate și evaluate de. mentori. În urma rezultatelor, vor fi desemnaţi. zilnic și săptămânal cei mai buni participanţi.. . INSPIRATIA.
