Detailed description is Welcome! Hop on the mat for a full-body yoga class to deepen your flexibility and strength. Accessible yoga for all! I've been practicing yoga for fourteen years. I began yoga to gain flexibility and strength, but soon noticed additional benefits, including better focus, improved sleep and more energy. Wanting to share these benefits with others, I earned my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification in Puerto Rico, studying under power yoga training leader Renee Fussner. I specialize in power yoga, yoga for beginners and yin-yang yoga, which combines active and slow-paced poses. In 2017 I earned another 50 hour teaching certification in Mexico to deepen my yin yoga and meditation training. I believe that clean, healthy living combined with a daily yoga practice can bring about benefits for mind, body and spirit that cannot be attained any other way. I enjoy supporting students in all aspects of their journey towards a happy and healthy lifestyle. I'm looking forward to sharing my love of yoga and living the good life with you in class. . .
