After obtaining a spiritual/academic advisor and becoming an official student organization on November 10, 2005 at Kansas State University, the founders publicly presented themselves as living sacrifices (Rom.12: 1-2) , on December 5, 2005 in Union Station.

These women challenged themselves to maintain their integrity in Beta Sigma Chi Christian Sorority through three standards: striving to be Christ-like at all times (Reflection of Christ); sharing the love of Christ in service to others (Neighborly Love); and noting their scholastic expectations as students (Academic Success)..

On January 19, 2006, Beta Sigma Chi Christian Sorority was incorporated, and made history as the first Christian sorority in the state of Kansas.
