Consacrata nel 1339, è stata successivamente rimaneggiata. Nell'abside è presente un notevole trittico, opera di Baldassarre del fu Biagio del Firenze del 1469. Pregevoli le statue lignee del XIV secolo che rappresentano l'Annunciazione opera di Pietro D'Angelo.Nei pressi della chiesa stessa sorge l'oratorio Della SS.Trinità, sede del Museo Parrocchiale. Nei pressi gli oratori del SS. Sacramento e della Visitazione della Vergine.Il Teatro Eden, costruito nel 1780 e restaurato più volte, è stato la sede sia della Filarmonica di Benabbio fondata nel 1888 che della Compagnia Filodrammatica. Quest'ultima famosissima nel XIX secolo anche per aver recitato alla presenza della Principessa di Lucca Elisa Baciocchi. Nel teatro hanno recitato: Ermete Zacconi, Gastone Monaldi e il grande Totò.Il Castello della potente famiglia Lupari, signori di parte della Val di Lima, è attualmente oggetto di scavi archeologici da parte dell'Università degli Studi di Pisa, Divisione di Paleopatologia. All'interno del Castello sorge la chiesa di San Michele del 1218 e sono visibili numerose tracce della poderosa cinta del castello.
