Detailed description is An informal group of (mostly) students who send books and write letters to people in prison. We are a group of students that connects students and incarcerated people through letters and books. During the school year, quick meetings are Mondays at 8PM in P&J. During the summer, contact the page if you'd like to get involved! . . The letters we get constantly thank us for providing a little bit of contact with the outside world. Many of the people we write to have little to no contact with their family or friends, and are grateful for any communication. Books behind bars fundraises to pay for postage, so all you need to participate is a little bit of time. You can be involved as much or as little as you want. Fifteen minutes a week is plenty to be a HUGE help!.
