Our special “ladies” have access to fields of wildflowers, our apple orchard, raspberry patch, blueberry bushes, and acres and acres of white pine resulting in some pretty awesome honey..

The blustery months of February and March finds us tapping the deciduous residents of our healthy sugar maple grove planted by my 86 year old father back in 1971.
