ABOUT US .
Our small family run business began its journey at St.
Andrews market 35 years ago.
Its early days saw goats cheese and milk that my dad produced on his bush block in Kangaroo Ground and slowly grew to my mums home baked German cakes, drip filtered coffee and eventually saw the addition of a real espresso machine.
My partner and I are now very excited to expand beyond St Andrews and into the world of festivities.

I have spent the past eight years working in hospitality around Melbourne, mainly making coffee.
I began as a barista at our family stall and then moved into account management for a small batch specialty coffee roaster based in South Melbourne..
During my studies of outdoor and environmental education in Bendigo I worked in a funky little café.
While there I was encouraged to enter the regional barista competition and to my surprise I won.
This made me realise how much I loved and missed the art of coffee making and inspired head back to my roots at St.
Andrews.
When my partner Lea moved out to Australia from Germany she brought with her a ball of enthusiasm, a financial head, and sharp eye for design due to her graphics background.
Together we have embarked on the exciting journey to grow our little coffee stall.
