Our team of three person trainers, Scotty Cox, Saje Cox, & Lindsay Sport have over 45 years of combined experience, and each trainer is ready to help you reach your individual health & fitness goal.

Scotty has competed and won numerous powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions in addition to being a Certified Youth Fitness Instructor by IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association), Speed & Explosion Certified by NSCA (National Strength/Conditioning Association), & has over 34 years of training experience on all levels to include High School and Junior College Strength Coach.
