L'edificio che ospita il B&B è perfettamente in armonia con il contesto mediterraneo, decorato con colori terrosi naturali chiari incorniciati da applicazioni in pietra locale.
Anche il pregiato marmo dei pavimenti interni, il Perlato di Sicilia, è ricavato dalle vicine cave di Custonaci, conosciuto come il 2° bacino marmifero d'Italia dopo Carrara..
