At Barks & Bows your pets comfort is our number one priority! We know the importance of your family pet and we commit to making him or her feel safe and pampered while in our care.
One of the many ways we do this is by minimizing the number of pets in our salon at any given time.
We NEVER overbook.
Your scheduled appointment is very important to us and your pet.
They don't sit in a cage to wait their turn or chained to a hook.

We do not take walk-ins.

If a dog needs muzzled for any part of the grooming we will do so but not for more than 10 minutes.

We will not groom a pet that we feel is a danger to itself or our staff.
A dog that thrashes, bites and tries repeatedly to escape can easily hurt itself and will be better served in a veterinarian office..
